Description
Enjoy the spectacular 180 degree view of Erakor Lagoon from the living area, master bedroom and patio. Casa Blanca on the Lagoon is perched high on the hill capturing maximum panoramic views and cool breezes.
Location
This villa is situated between two well known resorts and is walking distance to many restaurants, the huge modern supermarket and DVD rental and 10 mins walk to downtown Port Vila and all the shopping you could ever want. All this means you don’t need a car. The mini buses take you door to door for about a dollar.
Accommodation
Casa Blanca is a beautiful partially air conditioned tiled home. 3 huge bedrooms and one single bedroom plus 2 full bathrooms make this an ideal holiday home away from home for the whole family or a travel destination for friends. Bed configuration is - 2 queen/dble bedrooms, 1 single, 1 queen with single bunk over plus fold down divan all in same room sleeping 5 in that room.
Facilities
There is a private pool, lania, seperate high walled courtyard and tropical garden with papaya and other seasonal fruit trees. There is a fully equiped kitchen with fridge and microwave. The laundry room has a small washing machine and iron. The local ladies will be happy to wash, clean the house and babysit if you want. They charge about $15 to $20 a day.
If you hire a car you can park it under the secure enclosed carport.
There is satellite TV, VCR and a DVD player.
Activities
Walk down to the lagoon to enjoy oceanwater swimming, fishing or snorkelling in shallow, calm, crystal clear protected water. If you want to sail or kayak, play golf or go to the casino, the Le Meridian offers guests their facilities at day rates. eg. 1,000vt (AU$12) to take out the hobbycat.
