Breakas Beach Resort is an award-winning destination in Vanuatu with its own 2km long private beach. The intimate property offers just 36 individual fares (bungalows), elegantly appointed and incorporating a design blend of colonial and indigenous architecture. Breakas is the ideal vacation spot for relaxation, pampering, range of activities and good service all within a beautiful tropical setting of palm trees, rainforest backdrop and white sand beach.
Location
Breakas is located on the Pango Peninsula on Vanuatu’s main island within easy reach of the International Airport and capital of Port Vila.
Accommodation
There is a choice between 36 individual fare (bungalows) and 16 spacious luxury villas.
FARES: Each fare accommodates a maximum of three persons, with queen size bed and day bed. Choose between gardenview or beachfront location.
VILLAS: The Oceanview Villas and Beachfront Villas can accommodation up to 6 adults, with bedding configuration either king beds or singles. The larger VIP Villa accommodates up to 8 persons.
Dining & Entertainment
The Breakas Restaurant offers a varied and imaginative menu and includes top Vanuatu steaks and excellent seafood. The Breakas Bar and Brasserie offers al fresco dining at The Terrace, romantic candlelit dining by the pool or at the beach, or cosmopolitan nightlife at the Breakas Beach Bar.
Breakfast is available on the terrace or in the privacy of your own accommodation.
Facilities
All fares have ceiling fans, toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer.
Each of the new fully self-contained luxury villas has its own private garden and lap pool, fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms, CD/DVD player, satellite flat screen TV, High speed Internet, IDD phones, washing machine and dryer. Nanny service on request.
Activities
Relax by the stunning 22 metre pool with infinity edge and swim-up bar or at the beautiful white sand beach. Surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing are popular here - guests need to bring their own equipment. Complimentary activities include petanque (boule, bocce), beach volleyball, table tennis, board games, billiards, darts and book library. There is a tour desk and staff can help with your scuba diving, sailing, jet ski, parasailing, met boat, horse riding, tennis, hire cars and other activities or tours.
